Role description
Kryalos SGR is seeking candidates to join our Fund Management area as Intern.

- Unique opportunity to work on live Real Estate deals (advisory, fund/asset management and investment)
- € 1.000 gross salary per month
Main Responsibilities
- Business planning for real estate Funds
- Financial and sensitivity analysis on real estate deals (letting activity, capex projects, loans, disposals)
- Support in liaising with and coordinating commercial, legal, technical and tax advisors
- Managing input and output data for periodical real estate asset valuations
- Drafting of Memorandum for governance bodies
- Periodical reporting to investors and lenders
Skills and Experiences we are looking for
- Excellent academic background in finance/economics or engineering
- Genuine interest for the Real Estate sector
- Desire to work in dynamic and entrepreneurial firm
- Solid work ethic, motivation level and strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure and quick timeline
- High team orientation and a proved ability to work effectively with team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent mathematical, verbal and writing skills
- Mandatory high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Italian
- Prior real estate working experience background is a plus
- VBA/Macro proficiency is a plus
