We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HSE Officer/Responsible to join our dynamic team in Venice. Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure workplace safety compliance with Italian and European regulations, including DLGS 81/08
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain HSE documentation, policies, and safety procedures for all operational areas
• Provide safety training and awareness programs to employees at all levels
• Investigate incidents and accidents, document findings, and recommend preventive measures
• Manage environmental compliance and waste management protocols
• Coordinate with external bodies and authorities for inspections and certifications
• Maintain detailed records and generate HSE reports for management review

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Knowledge of Italian health and safety legislation (DLGS 81/08) and ISO 45001 standards
• Strong understanding of risk management, hazard identification, and safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to punctuality in all responsibilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE management software
• Willingness to obtain relevant certifications (e.g., RSPP, RLS) during employment
• Fluency in Italian and English languages (both written and spoken)
